Nextel / Sprint Complaint - New Service - 502 Phone

NORTH CAROLINA -- I placed order on line 3/15/07; then had to replace order on 3/22/07 due to order # error is what I was told. I check every 3 days on this order and have not received as of the listing. Customer service does not know what is going on. I have held on phone for 48 minutes once and 42 minutes another time. Maybe Verizon isn't so bad after all. I try to call corp. Office and guess what, the phone system told me I would have to call back at a later time, no leave message, No transfer to another number, just call back at a later time. (Oh!!! The corp. Number is not a toll free number)
