Suncoast Chrysler Complaint - Service Complaint

SEMINOLE, FLORIDA -- I had put my 1999 - 300M for oil change. When I pick it up and took to my home, I notice that the hood was dented, the hood was not in the orginal place. I called Suncoast Chrysler @ Seminole, FL immediately, they told me to bring it in. The next day, I took it in, Service Manager said this dent couldn't be done at their site. Of course, this was untrue, but when I spoken with Owner, Wayne Sr. he said they would take care of it. As requested from the service manager, I drop it off today, 4/18, and when I inspected it, it was not done. It appears noting was done. Like a salesman, Wayne Jr. claims it was outsourced to someone else, and if I wasn't satisfied with the work, bring it in again on Monday, 4/23 and their body shop would need to fix it. Now I wasted my time, time off from work, and now I have to bring it back for repair that never should happened, no satification when I asked for rental car if the repair doesn't get done on Monday. Remember, they said they would get it completed today, 4/18, and it wasn't. Now they believe I'm being difficult, but isn't this unfair???

My Desired Resolution:
Just wanted my car fixed correctly, they make you feel it's your the problem not theirs.

If the paint isn't chipped or crack try a paintless dent removal service then take the dealer to small claims court to pay for it.

You drove it away without noticing the damage. From their perspective, it could have happened after you left. Small claims court? You probably don't have the proof required.
