Zipzoomfly / CoolMax Informative - Poor Customer Service / Bad Rebate Support

CALIFORNIA -- Company promised a $28 rebate (REB12060442). For months the status was okay until I inquired why the check had not arrived. They changed the status to rejected and stated I was missing the invoice. I had sent all the paperwork required but sent a fresh invoice from zipzoomfly.

ZIPZOOMFLY who had sponsored the rebate refused to pressure the company even though it was specifically related to them.

They cannot be trusted as far as what they post and their rebate policies
