Best Buy Complaint - Poor Return Policy
After having a cyberpower surge protector for less than six months my unit stopped working. I tried to return it to the store only to learn that they have a 30 day return policy and that i would need to deal with the company direct. Upon calling the company i learn that it will take up to a month by the time i mail it back they repair it and return. In the mean time i will be left unprotected and am forced to buy a new unit.
I feel best buy should stand behind there products and that 30 day return policy is to limited.
I will shop elsewhere in the future, such as costco who stands behind there products and not just for 30 days.
