Ashley Furniture Complaint - Delivery fee of $99.99!!!!!!!
GULFPORT, MISSISSIPPI -- I have made three purchases with Ashley's Furniture in Biloxi, MS. each purchase I paid cash. I also paid a delivery fee of $99.99, now on every delivery something was wrong, the first time I made a purchase they delivered the wrong tables and my loveseat was damaged, the second time I made a purchase it was a diningroom set and one of the armchairs was cracked underneath and its been over one month and still haven't received my one chair, and my last purchase was a queensize bed with a chester drawer, the headboard was damaged, the bed rails was the wrong set, and did not receive the kit for the rails, I spoke with someone at the beginning of the week and she told me that my order would be in on April 19th, the headboard, rails and kit, so on the 19th, I made a call and they told me that my head board wasn't in yet, so I called on the 20th and now they are telling me that my headboard will not be in until around the 28th of April, and thats the same time that my arm chair is suppose to be in, (its been since March 6th). This is terrible that you have to wait so long for your delivery but then when you do get it, its either wrong or damaged, and I don't know if anyone has noticed but when they take that stuff off the truck its not in boxes, I don't know who the quality assurance person is but they need to pay more attention to their workers. Now I was refunded my last delivery charge for all the inconvenience that I have been put through but I sitll have gotten my order, they want their money but you have to wait on them for your order, something is wrong with this picture do you all out their agree?
