Roxio Informative - Poor Product Abysmal Service - Roxio EMC 9

AUSTRALIA -- I have had nothing but troubles since purchasing and installing this product. These include roblems with the download, installtion problems, eroros on running (only fixed by manually adjusting startup), system crashes and inability for the software to perofrm some basic functions (like burn a CD).
In each case my attempt to engage support from Roxio was totally fruitless. Apart from an automated response I would receive no help. I have posted to their forums only to have my comments apprently censored.
I am an experienced PC user and in my search of the net I have found my experience to be far from unique. Companies like this do not deserve to prosper. If you are considering purcahsing any product of theirs I would totally recommend against it. I certainly wont purchase from them ever again.

I dislike seeing someone purchase a product which does not perform as advertised/promised. I hope the problem is resolved to your satisfaction. Why did you not research the Internet *before* you bought the product? Why did you do so only after you were having problems?
