MILL CREEK, WASHINGTON -- Before I got the Rotovac I had no problem getting in contact with the sales men but after its impossible to get to talk to him on the phone or on the net.
I paid cash $4500 the extractor, did not work right of the box like they told me it would. They give me my tee company phone number to talk to them but they been ignoring me also.
I just think is unfair and other should know about them. Don't let how nice and friendly they are on the phone all they want is you to buy and then forget about you.

Moved From Other Review: I am writing this in response to Alonso's post regarding poor service at Rotovac. I am not sure who Alonso is (Rotovac competitor?) however I can tell you that Rotovac's service department is one of the best in the industry and they go the extra mile to help out their customers. Call any time and you will always find they are easy to reach and eager to please.

I own a carpet cleaning buisness and rotovac sucks and they are the worst company in the world. My Company has a law suite against them for failing to honor there warranties and the lost of work and money we lost.They are liers and cheats and there equipment sucks and brakes down all the time> when Rotovac gets your money they have nothing to do with you after.We have all the proof and will beat there dum no good AS----sssss in court.They have cost me a lot of money
