Days Inn Complaint - Cancelization policies
I am currently trying to cancel a room I had booked for the middle of May. They tell me I can't cancel as it was booked online. How ridiculous is this? I can't afford to pay for a room we aren't going to use. How can they say, "they don't have the power to cancel a room, once it is booked they can't change it." How is this good business? I could completely understand this is if the room was being canceled at the last minute. This is a month ahead of time.
Lets stop this travesty!!!
DON'T STAY AT DAYS INN! ONCE YOU ARE THERE THEY KEEP YOU STUCK WITH THEM!!!
