Efaucet Complaint - Customer Service

Truly lousy customer service.

I ordered two faucets from Efaucet.com, and one was defective. When I contacted Efaucet to exchange it, I was told that it was now Price Pfister's problem and I needed to contact their Customer Service department. That's fine when something's gone wrong after the faucet's been is use for awhile, but not when you've been shipped a defective product.

When I tried to follow up both by phone and "Live Chat", I was placed on terminal hold.

This is the last time I purchase from Efaucet.com.
