Cingular Wireless Complaint - Charges for calls not received

I bought a prepaid phone and service for my young son. Noticed several months ago that he was running out of money waaaaay too fast and accused him of overusing the phone. Then discovered calls were being billed multiple times. I called and complained, so they refunded the money. But that was months ago and it continues to happen. I kept calling, but nothing changed. Finally, when the phone was in my possession, I noticed that calls not being answered were also being charged to the phone. I saw billing for calls that weren't on the phone's own history. At $1 a day for even a 9 second call, that wipes out the phone $$! I've called at least 6 times over 3 months, been on hold for over 30-40 minutes, been harassed by a supervisor (when I finally was able to GET to one - he asked when I'm going to put more money on the phone when I'm complaining the phone is eating up my money! Moron!). It's still not resolved.
Overall, customer service has been ineffective and the service horrible. I'm about to cancel this service and sign up with someone else's prepaid plan that won't rip us off. Geesh. If you have prepaid service, keep an eye on your online history!
