NEW CASTLE, DELAWARE -- My husband and I bought a house about year and half ago. And our new home had a brand new whirlpool hot water heater. Well after being in our home for 4 months the water heater stopped working so we called plummer and they had to replace the thermalculpal and the thermostat. Well then 2 months after that we had the same thing happen again. And we had to replace it AGAIN!!!!! And when I called whilrpool customer service they were very rude and very unhelpful. Also they did not want to stand by there 12 yr. warranty for there hot water heater. Well just today mind you 1 month to the day that we replced everything AGAIN!!!!It Broke again!!!! This time I replaced the Whole hot water heater with a different company and service. I had to 1400.00 but it's well worth it to us. I will not have to go thourgh this ever a AGAIN!!!! All I ccan say is BUYER BEWARE OF WHIRLPOOL HOT WATER HEATERS!!!!!STAY AWAY!!!! I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER WHIRLPOOL PRODUCT EVER!!!!!!
