Expedia.com Complaint - Best price guarantee

Do not expect to get Best price guarantee. They come up with reasons one after the other (which are not listed on their web site disclaimers). You will be ended up on phone on hold for hours. Do not even try.

We have found the airlines own web sites offer the best air fares now with the least amount of grief.

In addition to superbowl I've found it cheaper to work directly with hotel websites than a 3rd party Website. Working directly with hotels you do not incur fees and you can cancel (in many cases) up to 4pm on the day of arrival) for no charge, try that with Expedia.
