Will not refund delivery charge of $800 - Complaint
CHICAGO, ILLINOIS -- Purchased car late March. Paid Luxury Motors $800. to ship car to me. The sales manager Chris gave me his word that he would follow through on the sale and delivery of my car. Once he received my payment for the car he didn't care whether the car was shipped to me or not. After spending 2 days of my time trying to find out if and when they would ship car I found my own shipper and he went and got the car himself and I paid him for the shipping.
I financed the purchase and they incorporated the $800. shipping charge into the loan.
Luxury Motors said 3 times that the check had been cut and sent to me. Almost 4 weeks have past and no check.
