NCO Financial Systems Complaint - Poor Quality of Service
PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA -- I can't believe that in the year 2007, businesses are able to get away with the type of work ethic or lack there of as displayed on the telephone by this company. I been cut-off, transferred and disconnected. I’ve spoken to over five (5) people, none of which could or were willing to help me. I could not even tell them what I wanted before being transferred. I asked for a supervisor but all I received was voice mail twice. When the representative first picks up the telephone it is communicated that the call is being recorded. I don’t believe that’s true for one moment. If it were, I believe there would additional training on how to better service the customer. Apparently after reading other comments about this company I’m not the only one who has had a terrible experience with them.
