PALATINE, ILLINOIS -- Customer service. This company lies about what kind of warranty you get. Charges for warranty work. Does not come out when they say they will. When you call about not coming out when they say they don’t return your call. When they do show up no call and leave gate open where your animal can get out. (have sign beware of dog). When you have a warranty problems tells us that they are not going to fix it. But we can pay for a new one. This is an ongoing matter. Hot tub is 2 months old.

Our old hot tub lasted over 11 plus years. We didn’t have many problems with the old one but when we did, Fox Valley Hot Springs was their at no charge and very helpful.

I dread that we have to deal with this company for that long.

Why did you change companies? If you had a winner with Fox Valley Hot Springs why change?

We had gone to a home show and that company was there. The hot tub is a Vita spa the tub is great. The sales men were even better. With what the hot tub had and the price and what we where told with the warranty, that is why we didn’t go to Fox Valley Hot Springs for our new hot tub.(This sales men should be a used car sales men he could sell anything)
