WorldCom Wireless Complaint - Service on phone.

TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA -- Cell phone turned off 12/16/01.
Paid bill.
Three new phone numbers given to me, but they already belong to someone else.
Lack of communication.
Phone representatives.

To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:

I want out of my contract without having to pay $250.00 penalty. I have not had use of my cell phone for 4 months.

At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.

I had the same problem with this company. They were sending me two other statements that weren't my cell phone number, but had my name on them. I didn't pay attention the first time I got one and sent them $67.56 for the wrong account. Luckily they put it on my account, but this company has several screws loose. Hope they don't last much longer! Read my complaint titled "Deceitful company trying to take my money" its under WorldCom Wireless also.
