WorldCom Wireless Complaint - Service on phone.
TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA -- Cell phone turned off 12/16/01.
Three new phone numbers given to me, but they already belong to someone else.
Lack of communication.
To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:
I want out of my contract without having to pay $250.00 penalty. I have not had use of my cell phone for 4 months.
At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.
