Symantec Complaint - Lack of Customer Care/Ease of Use
Recently bought the Symantec Antivirus 10.2 product. Very frustrating experience. Had to spend 6 total hours trying to get the product downloaded. They did not send everything to have the product work. Was given 5 different phone numbers to call (3 were the same), 3 different case numbers (first one was wrong) (second could not be found), etc. Was told too bad, not our product however call this #...., that individual didn't understand why I was sent to them, however she was the best, she found what was lacking and took care of it.
