Amazon.com Complaint - Ripped off by Amazon seller Long Island Watch
WASHINGTON -- EDIT: I accidentally placed this as "resolved". It's far from that.
Purchased this watch a while back and sent an email to the company in Russia inquiring about the case material. Found out this watch was counterfeit goods so I notified Amazon, canceled my account and sent a letter to the FTC about Amazon hosting companies that sell counterfeit merchandise. Glad I found this site as well so I could warn others about some of their "Marketplace sellers".
I'll never do business with Amazon again.
Here's a canned response from Amazon CSR:

There are no other actions available to us that would let us resolve this issue on your behalf.
