LA PALMA, CALIFORNIA -- I'm a first time user of the online purchasing system. I decided to try something small. So I ordered Guitar polish, strings, and picks. It took a week that seemed like forever for the items to get here. When I checked my package the box was missing my set of guitar picks. Immediately I called the customer service number. But the name of the represenitive that was on the reciept didn't even exist. I tried calling for a week trying to speak to anything besides a machine. After that I tried the online customer service. I didn't even get so much as a reply. To make a long story short I never got my picks. It's not so much that I was screwed out of a couple dollars, as much as the fact that they probably don't know how I feel about there massively inadaquate company. In conclusion it will be a long time before I ever use online shopping again!
