NCO Financial Complaint - Employer Harassing Phone Calls
PITTSBURGH, PENNSYLVANIA -- For the past several months, my company has received repeated telephone calls from NCO Financial concerning a past due bill of an employee's ex-wife. He has spoken to NCO on the phone and explained it is not his bill, but his ex-wife's. They do not care. I, the company owner, have answered a number of calls during the day and instructed them not to call the Place of Business. They ignored this request and are now sending automated telephone calls up to three times a day here. They also call every evening after hours and on week-ends. This ties up my telephone lines, my secretary, me and my answering service. What can be done to stop these people?
