MusicMatch Complaint - MusicMatch refuse to answer questions

BELLEVUE, WASHINGTON -- I have been buying music from MusicMatch for the past four years.The best way, I feel is to list the problems that I have had with MusicMatch.....
(a)There is not a phone number on their web site that you can use to contact customer service. So you have to write them...but they dont respond.
(b)I purchased an upgrade with an option for all future upgrades. No record and no upgrade of my purchase. I have writen them about the matter but no responce.
(c)I have written 7 emails with concerns about the music that I purchased (over $300.00)"dissapeared" from my account.No responce.
(d)Their attitude continued last year after I moved and after purchasing a new computer...and in the mean time Yahoo bought MusicMatch all the music that i payed for is gone from my account. I wrote them but they just ignor my emails.
All I want is what i payed for...and to talk to someone if ther is a someone....but I doubt it.
