Wells Fargo Financial Acceptance Illinois, Inc. Complaint - Customer Agents Bug Too Much

PHOENI -- Wells Fargo Financial has helped my wife and I out a lot over the past year with loans and credit cards that have come in handy as of late.

However, the only downfall is, they call you almost twice a month to try to sell you other products. I know these agents are on commission of some sort but damn leave me alone.

I appreciate the fact our credit is worthy of credit products but when we are ready to explore those options we will.

Other than that, we have had a positive experience with this company and have used their products. I just know our phone is going to be ringing off the hook once we pay off our truck note and two small personal loans off this week !

You should be able to opt out of their telemarketing calls. Either stop in your local branch or call customer service.

Next time they call, request the rep to put your number on the no call list.
