Hoover Complaint - Warranty - Hoover wind tunnel 2

DRESHER, PENNSYLVANIA -- Don't buy Hoover, the warranty will not be honored. It states all parts and labor to repair, but you still get charged for parts they say are not covered by the warranty. So why does it state "ALL PARTS AND LABOR". This was at an "AUTHORIZED" service center. I paid $300.00 for this vacuum, but I will never buy Hoover again.

Did you call Hoover or are you taking the word of their service center? Their warranty certainly gives the impression that all parts and labor should be covered as long as the machine is used in a household situation (non-commercial use). They list a number (330)499-9499 just for warranty questions - might be worth a call. Good luck.
