Vegas.com Informative - Disappointment - Tour

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA -- I am disappointed with Vegas.com as I have tried to contact them for over 1 week regarding them cancelling my tour to Grand Canyon. I booked and payed for this tour in Feb 07 and would expect a refund.. However, as they will not contact me... I presume that I will not receive a refund or an apology. I would not recommend VEGAS.COM to anyone.

I randomly selected some of the Grand Canyon tours to see what the refund policies are. At the bottom of the information page they clearly state 'THIS SALE IS FINAL. Confirmed tours are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be changed for any reason'.

PassingBy, but if the tour company canceled, wouldn't he be entitled to a refund? Just asking.

I read the complaint a bit too fast. Since the tour company canceled then the OP is definitely entitled to a refund. I'd send a certified letter to them demanding the refund. I might also contact Vegas.com to see if they have a contact name for the vendor.
