CoolMax Complaint - CoolMax rebate rip off

NORCO -- Company promised a $28 rebate. For months the status was okay until I inquired why the check had not arrived. They changed the status to rejected and stated I was missing the invoice. I had sent all the paperwork required but sent a fresh invoice from zipzoomfly.

The person I spoke with (Chris) stated that he would ammend the rebate status.
At this point, he will not answer my emails and the status has not changed.
A google search on coolmaxusa and rebate will show how how endemic this situation is
