CVS Informative - CVS - Deceptive Ads - Update
CALIFORNIA -- CVS STILL USING DECEPTIVE ADS TO GET YOUR MONEY & THEY SHOULD STATE THE FACT ABOUT HOW YOU CAN REDEEM THE REWARDS BUCKS.
The extra Rewards bucks does now print on your original purchase receipt -When I wrote the first comment, you had to go back to the store 2 DAYS LATER and get the extra bucks that would print on another receipt.-- CVS must have got the message from many frustrated people. Also CVS is still pulling a DECEPTIVE AD SCAM-They show their ads with an item and the extra bucks TAKEN OFF from the original price of that item, and then they give you a total of what you will pay for that item--IN REALITY the extra bucks can (not) be taken off the item you JUST purchased, the extra bucks must be taken off a future purchase-So CVS got what they want-They want you to come back to the store so you can make another purchase AND APPLY THE EXTRA BUCKS ON THAT ITEM,NOT THE ORIGIONAL ITEM THAT THEY SHOWED IN THE AD. Don't you see they want you back and they want your money-and they will use deceptive ads to get your money, and (they don’t tell you the whole story in small print,) you can't use the rewards bucks on the add item you purchased-IT MUST BE USED TOWARD A FUTURE PURCHASE-in which the item you buy may not be on sale. Remember full price at CVS IS LIKE PAYING 25 %+ MORE THAN IF YOU BUY THE ITEM AT TARGET OR Wal- Mart.
Yes you will get the reward bucks back--all you have to do is go back to the store spend more money and you will get your rewards-the rewards money you get back should be amortized across the first and second purchased to see how much you actualy saved-and then CVS got what they want-2 PURCHACES FROM YOU --WHO IS THE THE ONE WHO COMES OUT AHEAD NOT YOU, THATS FOR SURE-------------
The CVS small print below their ads only state that the rewards does print on the the first purchase receipt. It does (NOT STATE THAT YOU MUST USE) THE REWARDS ON A FUTURE PURCHASE-IT DOES NOT STATE THAT THE REWARDS BUCKS IS NOT TAKEN OFF THE AD ITEM YOU JUST PURCHASED EVEN THOUGH THEIR AD SHOWS THAT THE REWARDS ARE TAKEN OFF THE ITEM YOU YOU WILL PURCHASE--COME ON CVS, CALL THE SHOTS LIKE THEY ARE AND STOP USING YOUR DECEPTIVE ADS -CONSUMERS ARE SMARTER THAN YOU THINK --AND THESE DECEPTIVE ADS WILL BACK FIRE ON YOU
