I purchased a unit on Feb. 26, 2007. I was told it would take two weeks for delivery.I was told it had to be ordered from the main company. Two weeks had past and still I haven't received my wall unit. Finally on April 2, 2007 it had arrived, upon them unwrapping the unit the mirror on the left side pier was broken and the hinge on the T.V. stand was defective. There was constant phone contact with them and all i have gotten was run around. They blame it on the the company for being late, and there was no direct communication from them.I kept calling and calling here it is almost 2 months later, and I still don't have the mirror or the hinge. I spoke with them on May 1, 2007 i was told that a piece was delivered but it was the wrong piece. They claim they are still trying to track piece from company through fed-ex. I have been patiently waiting for my pieces to arrive. Howard please help me i paid $1.083.74 for this unit in my hard earn cash, straight from my pocket. There should have been a $70 delivery charge, which they are telling me i still have to pay, i refuse to after everything i been through.I also ordered a rug which costs $49.99. I was told on May 1, 2007 that i should be expecting a call on May 2, 2007 no one has called. we been back and forth on the phone arguing i told them i wanted my money back because this is no way to treat a customer. It is very upsetting HOWARD PLEASE HELP ME.
