Sony Computer Entertainment America, Inc. Compliment - Playstation 2 repair
KIRKLAND, WASHINGTON -- I ran into some problems with my Playstation 2 console, and contacted Sony about it. My manufacturer's warranty had expired, and the standard practice was to charge a hefty fee to fix my system. However, I used my3cents to notify Sony of exactly what was happening with my system, and they quickly responded, waived the fee and fixed my problem to my complete satisfaction.
I just wanted to write a note congratulating Sony on their efforst to sustain me as a consumer. Because of their great degree of customer service, I will continue to be a loyal Sony consumer.
I also wanted to say that Brian, the Customer Service Rep who contacted me did an excellent job of providing all the appropriate information to process my request without a hitch.
