Netgear, Inc. Informative - Bad Service
GREENVILLE, SOUTH CAROLINA -- NETGEAR may have the worst customer service I have ever recieved. I had a product that was barely 2 months out of warranty and they wanted to charge me over half of what the product cost to help me to get it working again! I was told by the rep on the phone, who could barely speak english, that I could not speak to his supervisor because his supervisor was not there. It might have been different if this was the first trouble I have had out of the product but is is not, I have had several problems with the product. This one just took the cake. I will never ahve another NETGEAR product again.
