Complaint - Internet e-Birthday cards not being sent properly?

My e-Birthday cards (3) to my friends have not been picked up yet, sent from this company's website (some sent last week) & a copy of them was supposed to go to my e-mail INBOX also. But no luck yet; not even with their 'Feedback online form' (which usually means it is just Feedback; they will not reply). I found no 'Contact Us' option or phone #. Suspicious, huh?

Any way to get out the word about this Web e-card system that does not appear to work? I also realize that further investigating is necessary by me to contact my 3 friends....did they get their e-card?

Check your spam/junkmail folder... The e-cards may have ended up in there. Is it a free service? Or did you pay?

From their privacy policy; when you give them your E-mail address you permit them to distribute such information to third-parities. However, you can also opt-out.
