Toyota Motor Corporation Complaint - Returning a Leased Vehicle
HUNTINGTON BEACH, CALIFORNIA -- I was instructed by my lender (US Bank) apparently incorrectly to return my leased Lexus GS 300 to Toyota of Huntington Beach. While the courtesy driver was taking me home, a manager from this dealership called me informing me that I could not return the vehicle and that they were going to place my car in the street and not be responsible if it gets hit or damaged instead of waiting for me to come back to the dealership with the courtesy driver which would have been five minutes at most. Not only were they completely rude and impatient, they proceeded to park my vehicle in an illegal Fire Zone where it could have been towed or ticketed. This was all after I notified the salesperson that I would be back later that day with the numbers he came up with on my leasing of a new Camry Hybrid from this dealership. Never would I buy anything from them and I will notify all of my friends, family members and acquaintences to stay away from these rude people who do not begin to know the first thing about customer service.
