Blockbuster Online Compliment - Online Movie Rental!!! Netflix you are history

CHICAGO, ILLINOIS -- I was a netflix customer for a while. In fact i was when them until i got fed up with their excuses as to why my movies weren't delivered on time.

I'm not with Blockbuster online. Now mind you, netflix was the one that put blockbuster into place with their pricing. I mean when i was with blockbuster it was ridiculous as to how much was charged for rentals.

But with there new promotion and the new way of handling the online rentals I'm really pleased. I even recommend it. I mean that the wait time for movies is no longer a problem. I guess blockbuster was only able to do this b/c of there locations through out.

So for the value you can't beat the new blockbuster online rental offering.

I'm with them for about 3 mo. now and no complaints. It's actually a pleasure doing business.

I tell you capitalism will win over every time. Companies need to improve on their delivery of products. I'm glad that blockbuster was able to realize this and change it's way of doing business and now they have be as a happy customer.

I'm surprised that you have problems. I have a two day turnaround and it has never been a problem.

NetFlix pissed me off about 2 years ago and I have not been back since. Now since BlockBuster has their Total Access (the ability to exchange an online rental at the store for a new one) it makes it worth that much more. Goodbye NetFlix

Blockbuster total access turned into blockbuster total BS. I always returned my movies to the store b/c i have a public mailbox and no outgoing mail. SO... one day they informed me that I can only bring them to the store 2 times a month. I had to PAY for the movie I wanted after I am already paying 25 bucks a month. I called and asked for a cancelation and a refund and spent 20 minutes talking to the rep. and then 10 talking to a supervisor before finally getting my refund. I told them that this was not the program that I signed up for and I didn't want it. Blockbuster online is different from the stores. The stores I have never ever had a problem with, but online is a joke.
