Axis Systems Complaint - Refund:

ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA -- I orderd 2 computers (#56862 & #56248) in October of last year for Christmas presents. By December 22, your staff advised me they couldn't deliver in time for Christmas. I promptley e-mailed my desire to cancel the order so I could make other arrangements. Your staff told me a credit would take about 10 days.
I continued contact with Axis asking for my $2500. The last e-mail I got from your staff informed me Axis did not have my money. They said the vendor has the money and because Axis had lost the account they could not refund my money. This all makes no sense. I have just finished filing complaints with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, MASTER CARD, CALIFORNIA STATES ATTORNEYS OFFICE, PC WORLD MAGIZINE, COMPUTER SHOPPER MAGAZINE, THE CALIFORNIA CONSUMER SERVICES AGENCY, (to be mailed today),AND THE US MAIL FRAUD DIVISION. I hope this can be resolved without the need for legal representation.
