Heart Guardian Complaint - Fraudulent Order - Free Offer

Free Offer - Complaint
Review by Paulky on 2007-05-06
PROVO, UTAH -- A few days after I erased unsolicited phone calls from this company, I received a package. It contained a cholesterol test kit and some pills. I have no idea where the office (in Provo UT) got my name, address and telephone number. Terms $29.95 "pre-paid by check" was written on the statement. I have never paid anything or requested anything. I called the office and they said to return the package because it was a "fraudulent order". They condemned themselves!

Everyone should be registered on the Do Not Call list: http://www.donotcall.gov/
After you register your number(s), Telemarketers have 31 days to remove your information from their database. If you continue to receive calls after 31 days, you can file a complaint at this website.
Any numbers you register stay on file for 5 years.

Did you return the pills?

Are you sure someone didn't order the product and had it shipped to you? The invoice will have the name of the person who paid somewhere on it.
