Coast National Insurace Complaint - Denied my claim with no reason

After supplying the Coast National (part of Bristol West Group) insurance agent [name removed] with DPS report 2007-023447 along with receipts for one nights motel stay and car rental he called to inform me that his company would not be liable for any of the damages to my car even though the accident was clearly his clients fault as reported to DPS by [name removed](insured) and two witnesses.

When I asked him why his company would not fix my car he told me that it was a personal issue with the insured and that he would not discuss it with me. When I informed the agent that I would file a formal complaint with AZ Department of Insurance he hung up on me.

Time to turn this over to your insurance company - let them do the fighting for you - that's what you have been paying them for. Good luck.
