eMachines Complaint - Horrible service!!!
A few weeks ago my emachines laptop completely crashed. It won't power up at all. It's under warranty so I called customer service to report the problem. They told me they would send out a box and I could return it to them to be fixed. So far after a couple weeks and a total of 4 phone calls I haven't received the box to return it to them yet. The last 2 times I called I was told the order was misplaced and a new box will be sent out in a day or two. Well after another call guess what I was told? "Sir we seem to have misplaced the order for the box. We will send it out in a day or two. Once we receive the computer you can expect to receive it back either late June or at the latest the first week of July depending on the problem." All I can say is to stay far far away from emachines. If it goes bad you will have a very hard time with getting it fixed.
