Cox Communications Inc Complaint - Broken unsightly equipment needing repair in my front yard
CHANDLER, ARIZONA -- We moved into our new home in September of 2000. In October 2000 someone ran over the cable box/pedestal located in my front yard. I have called Cox Communications 5 times to report the damage and get it repaired. To date no repairs have been made. I have asked nicely, not so nicely, demanded and threatened, but no one seems to care. I can't even get a call back. This is very frustrating in that I always have to wait on hold for a long time when I call, then I have to explain the whole problem again and then I get the same answer-"Some one will come and repair as soon as possible." This damaged equipment is unsightly and detracts from the beauty of our new home. I want it repaired immediately and I think Cox should compensate me for my frustration with 2 months free cable service.
