Datamanuals.com Complaint - Datamanuals.net or .com is a SCAM trouble fraud

Review by k2x on 2007-05-09
I ordered a "downloadable manual" from www.datamanuals.com or www.datamanuals.net - they are both the same. It took over 3 days after my PayPal payment cleared for them to send me a "download link". The link was bad and no download was available. I have contacted them several times over the past couple of weeks. There is only an e-mail link and no other contact information - this should've been my 1st clue. Also, the payment was made to Raymond Price. I would recommend watching out for this scammer. www.datamanuals.net is bad.

I just received an email notice from this company through PayPal. The seller couldn't contact me directly with the manual instead he has resorted to name calling - here is his quote:
"Dimwit You only have to look at our feedback to see that we are not scammers."
And to that I say - you are a scammer until I receive the product I PAID for!

This company also supplies pirated copies of manufacturers CD/DVD manuals which are often out of date and incomplete!

Paid with PayPal attached to credit card, received Nissan Pulsar manual download immediately, everything seems true and complete though unfortunately no instructions for removal included.
