ARIZONA -- When every I send music123 a email or message through their website, I get no response. They just ignore me. Music123 has imature unprofessional employees and Guitar Center needs to set them straight. Guitar Center either needs to get rid of music123, or get managers and sales associates who are trained and capable of handling customers. Personally, I don't like music123 because of the sales people they have there. A few years ago, I talked to the sales manager there, and the guy was a jerk. You know, when ever I send guitar center a message through their web site, they always reply no matter what I have to say. And when something is on sale on their web site, there is no indication that it is on sale and no end date indicated. I was going to buy this amp that they were selling for 500 dollars, and the next day it was selling for 800 dollars. So I called them up and asked them why the price jump, and they told me it was on sale. But the thing is, there was no dates indicating when the sale was ending, and I asked them if they could sell it to me for 500 dollars, and all the sales guy had to say was it was never going to be that price ever again and the price is 800 dollars. That's all he said the whole time. He didn't even compromise with me.
