Epson Complaint - Epson All In One Printers Performance & Customer Service
I'm going on my second printer in 3 years. The first time the customer service was fine and they replaced my printer since it was during the warranty time or just about. It's been 2 years since this exchange they did and this one is now dead. (past the warranty) What they offer is a new one at a so-called discounted price. I spent over $100 on all new ink - which it tells you to do when troubleshooting, etc. The printers listed - I could not use any of this ink I just bought!! I could of bought a different printer HAD I known that! The only thing they offered me was AFTER I buy a new printer from them (WHY in world would I do that knowing they don't last is beyond me!??) they said they would then send me a set of cartridges for the new printer. Anyway, apparently their product doesn't last for more than 2 - 3 years and I found the MANAGER, Barbara very unprofessional and ended up hanging up on me only because I didn't find her offer very acceptable. I've just wasted $100 on ink that I can't use because their printers just don't last!! I suggest anyone to go with another brand. I've had these kind in the past and I should of known to stick with a higher end company / either Panasonic or Hewlett when buying this sort of product. I hope it helps someone else as well.
