Bresnan Communications Informative - Service no-show - Cable TV Service

DURANGO, COLORADO -- We've had Bresnan cable TV service since moving into our current home. During this entire time we have contacted Bresnan on several occasions trying to have them bury our cable. Each time they simply say personnel is not available and we'll put you on a list. Well, we've been waiting since 1995! Bresnan sucks.

You've been waiting for 12 years? I would have just buried the line myself... Actually... Mother nature has probably grown over the line naturally over the last 12 years... essentially burying itself. Perhaps that is what they were banking on...

Durango is a great place! We did the railroad to Silverton, what a ride. I would guess the cable is under snow six months of the year anyway?

How long is the cable you're talking about. Surely in 12 years you could have gotten a shovel and done it yourself? Quit playing the victim.
