Taco Bell Complaint - Wrong order and misrepresentation

Review by cracker on 2007-05-10
BLUE SPRINGS, MISSOURI -- I went to Taco Bell... ordered ONE soft chk. taco supreme and ONE chicken leg. After 15 minutes of waiting they started handing me BUCKETS of chicken out the window. Good thing I was an honest person. Then when I ate my order (cold) it was not a supreme taco and the leg was cold!!! Gave me a ticket to enter a contest.. tried to enter and the store # is not a valid one. False advertising and REALLY bad service.

Taco Bell sells buckets of chicken???

Contact the corporate office, and tell them the store number is invalid, and therefore, you cannot enter the contest.

Taco Bell is one of the worst for getting orders wrong. It's funny, with most fast food chains, it varies by location- one Burger King will almost always get it right, and another will almost always short you an order of chicken tenders- but Taco Bell is consistent. I rarely buy from there- I'd rather make my own tacos at home- but when I do, I don't want anything on my taco but beef and sour cream.

Can a Taco Bell employee understand that? No. You can say 'soft taco with nothing but meat and sour cream' and they'll give you tomatoes. You can say soft taco with nothing but meat and sour cream, no lettuce or tomato' and they'll give you lettuce and tomato. You can say it any way you can think of, any number of times, but every single time you will either eat what you didn't order or else take it back.

Which is a big part of why I don't go to Taco Bell anymore...at least almost never.

LOL, Steph. I like your little disclaimer at the end of your post...at least almost never. I've done that myself quite a few times. Promised myself I'd never step foot again into a certain establishment, but after a few months of cooling down--I'm back there. :)
