Triclear Informative - Unauthorized charges on my debit card

SOUTH CAROLINA -- I ordered the product once and received the product. The following month the company charged my debit card again without my consent. I tried calling customer service, even though their office hours are Mon-Fri 6am to 5pm the company voice mail said they was closed. And trying to file a complaint on line was not happening.

Did you read the terms and conditions beforeyou placed the order??? It's all here, very clearly states what happens after you place your order. Contact them.

TriClear Terms & Conditions
*Free Trial Period.
When you order your free trial of TriClear and agree to pay shipping and processing fee described on the order page (S&P Fee), Triclear ( we) will ship you a full kit of our 3-step acne skincare product (the Product) for your free use during the Free Trial Period. Once the Product is delivered to you, you will have 2 weeks (the Free Trial Period) to use the Product for free and to decide whether you would like to keep the Product and begin your subscription or contact us and return the Product (as described below).

Bonus Gift Offer.
With your second shipment, you will be eligible for a bonus gift. You will receive instructions on how to receive the bonus gift with your first shipment.

Subscription.
If you choose to keep the Product beyond the Free Trial Period, you do not need to do anything further: we will bill your credit card just $69.95 and your subscription will begin automatically once the Free Trial Period has expired.

As long as your subscription is active, each month (on approximately the monthly anniversary of your initial order) we will send you our standard month's supply of the Product, and we will bill your credit card $69.95 plus the S&P Fee for each shipment. If you want us to end your subscription and discontinue your shipments of the Product, simply call the customer care number on the Product package or contact us through our customer service website (link provided below). In order to avoid being charged for the next shipment of the Product, you must contact us before we make the next shipment of the Product to you.

Return Unused Product.
If you are not satisfied with the Product, simply contact us to cancel your subscription before the Free Trial Period expires and return the unused portion of the Product with no further obligation. You may cancel your subscription at any time during your Free Trial Period by calling the customer care number on the package or contacting us through our customer service website (link provided below). If you cancel before the Free Trial Period has expired, you will not be billed further. To avoid being charged for the full $69.95 for keeping the Product, you must return any unused portion(s) of Product to TriClear promptly after the Free Trial Period.

Taxes and Refund Policy.
If you are a California resident, you will be charged 8.5% sales tax. We will not refund any S&P Fees or accept any refused deliveries or packages marked return to sender. All sales are final. No refunds will be granted 14 days from order date. Any refunds within 14 days may be subject to a re-stocking fee.

Warranty Disclaimer.
WE HEREBY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL EXPRESS WARRANTIES AS WELL AS THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT. Some jurisdictions do not allow the disclaimer of implied warranties, so the foregoing disclaimer may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability.
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR (1) ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PRODUCT OR YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, OR (2) ANY DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability, so the foregoing limitation may not apply to you.

Miscellaneous.
These Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any principles that may provide for the application of the law of another jurisdiction. Any dispute between the parties arising out of these Terms and Conditions shall be settled in San Francisco, California by arbitration utilizing the dispute resolution procedures of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). If any provision herein is held to be unenforceable, that provision will be removed and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. The failure of either party to require performance by the other party of any provision hereof shall not affect the full right to require such performance at any time thereafter; nor shall the waiver by either party of a breach of any provision hereof be taken or held to be a waiver of the provision itself. These Terms and Conditions are the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between us and you.

Skye, that makes too much sense. People would rather ignore the terms and conditions of an offer and simply come on my3cents to complain. Read, people, READ!

Another excuse is 'fine print'. Is the text is too small then make it larger. All web browsers can enlarge text. For example in Firefox click VIEW then TEXT Size.

Skye and others need to be part of this scam to appreciate two things: The info on sign up and inside the initial shipment says "30 DAYS" but the first charge appears after 14 days - AND - the customer service times on the website say 6am PST but the truth is 7AM. Such discrepancies are not only misleading, but fraudulent when they have control of someones BANK ACCOUNT. I am a savvy buyer and even marked the date to return the free sample if my son saw no improvement. I DID read the fine print. I even was willing to take the first charge as long as we received the product - none arrived, and now my charges are up to an additional $76 two weeks later. I will pursue this with the help of infuriated bloggers who are not suppressed by know-it-alls who would rather come to this website with little experience, and frankly less tact or IQ!! Let the disgruntled speak!

Ahhhhhhh, you got caught in one of those "free" trials I would assume. I actually just started using Triclear and I love it, as far as your issues though I guarantee you if you read the fine print when you paid for the shipping or purchased the product you will see that it says this...
