JK Harris Financial Recovery System Informative - Tax Reduction - Tax Reduction Service They Claim

Review by jk is a big blow hard on 2007-05-11
MISSOURI -- Jk harris co advertised on tv saying they could help you to settle with irs for pennies on the dollar, they didn't. They did get a 10yr lien on our house. They were sent the same info 3 times for our case and lost it. Also had 3 different case workers why i'm not sure, makes me wonder though. When jk harris sent in the offer to settle owed taxes, it was rejected. We had 30 days to respond. Whenever heard from jk until the 30 day. Even tho we contacted them at least 2 times. My wife filled out the appeal and overnite it. Jk said they filled out the appeal big liars, never trust a rich attorney, the poor only 1/2 the time. Contacted the bbb. They contacted jk, again jk lied saying they filled the appeal. So i called bbb asking them to contact me you know the rest of the story never heard from the bbb. So i contacted them again we will see if the bbb is a paoer tiger or if they really or trying to make a difference. The best part is jk settling law suit in south carolina not sure why can only imagine probably because of deceitful and misleading practices used by this company. There is more to the story call me if you want to know 1-417-718-0766 ed. Jk should be disbarred. My next step is to contact missouri bar association. The attorney general of missouri jay nixon is suppose to investigate matters like this. Contacted his office, never heard a thing. Surprised i'm not enough for now will pursue again latter i will start a blog on jk and bbb and attorney general if they don't do there job.

Contact the local IRS office and ask them how you can research your file. If you find that JK Harris actually did nothing you could sue them for damages, especially if you paid them in advance.

Placing your phone number on a public forum or anywhere else public is not a good idea.

Does your agreement with Harris include a clause that if they screw up they pay any penalties and interest? Or maybe sue them in Superior Court for everything your out due to negligence?

You may want to use a spell checker next time you post.
