Kitchen Collection Complaint - Two Dented Pans

Ordered two new pans from this company. They sent me two dented pans. When I called to return them they noted that the pans they had in stock were similarly dented. This means that they were not dented in shipping. But when I returned them at my shipping cost, they only returned the cost of the pans, not the shipping. When contacted they said it was their policy not to refund shipping. Yet it was their fault to begin with!

I would not order any more items from them, and recommend you do the same, or they can ship you a broken item and only refund your purchase price. They say this is a company policy, yet it is not stated as one on their website for their customers!

Couldn't you just have taken out a mallet and banged the dents out of the pans like we did in the old days?

In the majority instances, most companies warranties do not include return shipping.

jktshff1-Most companies do not send you broken merchandise to begin with either. That was the basis of my complaint.
