For My Garage, Inc Complaint - Multiple delivery dates and still no Garage door or opener
LINDENHURST, ILLINOIS -- I signed a contract with For My Garage, INC in Wauconda, IL in March of this year. First delivery date was set for April 7. Called a few days before installation date and For My Garage said that the door was on back order. Another delivery date was set for April 21, called few days before and I was told that the delivery truck had not shown up yet. Called again on that Friday before and was told that they did not know where the truck was and that their next delivery date for the truck was for April 30. So they rescheduled me again for May 5th. I called a few days before to get a status and this time I was not able to get anyone. I kept on getting a message saying that the call was being forwarded to voice mail system. I have left quite a few messages and no one has called me back. I went to the company's location and found a green sticker on their door with a 1-800-243-2811 number to call. I called this number and after being given 4 different numbers, I was given the following number 1-847-294-4221. I have left multiple messages with this person who is a supervisor for Illinois collections and have not heard from them either. So nice of people to call you back. I'm sure I'm not the only one who is being affected by For My Garage, in Wauconda IL, closing their doors and not answering their phones. I still have no idea what the status is with this company, but my guess is that they went under. It's pretty crappy of this company not to call you back and give you a status of what is going on.
