JK Harris & Company Complaint - JK Harris company broke their contract

DETROIT, MICHIGAN -- As a consumer from your state, I felt it was my responsibility to bring to your attention the following incident.
I have call JK Harris &company on different occasion regrading my contract with them. I pay this company 1100.00 for a service i did not get. The contract stated that JK Harris were to order my credit reports and make arrangement with the creditor. none of this was done. I was in the process of buying a home i had to have my mortgage broker to send copy of my credit reports to this company i also end up getting garnished from a company that they were supposed to contact. this is why i am writing you regarding this matter because i try to work something out with them and nothing was resolved. the refund amount they want to give me back i don't feel like the amount is fair which is 270.00 My feeling about this is that i should received the full amount back do to their neglect.
As a resolution, I would like the following:
I would like a full refund from this company and to make sure attorney general let others know about this company.

If this is one of these credit repair companies then your getting porked without the benefit of vaseline. Credit repair can be disputed and done yourself for free!!!

You're exactly correct, ejack, but it's important to also remember that if the information is valid, no amount of money or effort will get it removed.
