AT&T Cable Services Complaint - Customer Service - AT&T Broadband Cable in Los Angeles
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA -- The problem with AT&T's customer service is, quite simple, that it's nonexistent. I called on three separate occasions to try to schedule an appointment to ADD services to my cable. The shortest time I was put on hold was 45 minutes, and the longest was 2+ hours! That did it for me. I had my cable disconnected and went with a dish. AT&T told me a check for the balance they owed me would be sent in three weeks. Four months and seven phone calls later the check finally arrived. I'd rather stare at four blank walls than ever go back to AT&T cable.
