Wal-Marts Informative - Store management

Review by nuggin on 2007-05-13
PINEVILLE, LOUISIANA -- Recently we went to store for batteries to be replaced in my wife and my self. I had to ask for the store manger. This individual never showed. I called the 1-800 number for walmarts twice while standing there for approx. 45 minutes. The person at the wal-mart number stated that someone would be right there, no one ever came while I stood there. I finally became disgusted and left. I have tried to e-mail wal-marts, but the address seems to be invalid. Has this store grown to the size that it can chase away customers? I for one still like to be treated as an individual, not just one of their numbers.

This is a good issue to bring up. I can see you put a lot of effort in this letter but I would advice you to rewrite this letter and run a spell check. A few spelling mistakes would not matter, but this has many and unfortunately people don't take letters with many spelling mistakes seriously.

I don't shop at Wal-Mart anymore either. Maybe if enough of us stop doing business there, it will start making a difference.

You are replacing batteries in your wife and self? This doesn't make any more sense than wasting 45 minutes of your time standing in Wal-Mart waiting for a manager. In case you didn't know, other businesses sell batteries, too.

I'm glad you and your wife didn't lose power waiting for your batteries to be replaced ;) Seriousy though, why did you need to bother the store manager for batteries?
