Home Depot Complaint - Very Poor Customer Service
SHOREWOOD, ILLINOIS -- The price we were given as our final amount after the installer came to measure for 2 entry and 2 storm doors was not correct. On the evening we went to place the final order we were informed that our order was incomplete. The home install department had altered the order. Therefore the total cost would be $500 more than the final number we were given. Upon the Customer Service Rep being asked if we could have a refund of $35 for the on site inspection she picked up the phone and said "Joe, could you come down here we kinda sorta have a problem!" With that we walked out of the store.
